This project transfers the surface water of the Shu River water system to the Rizhao Reservoir. It can effectively relieve the pressure on the domestic and industrial water consumption in Rizhao urban area. It is of great significance for ensuring the safety of urban water supply and promoting the economic and social development. The total tunnel length is 3.913 kilometers.
